Sweet Layla

Last night Layla was getting ready for bed when she yelled "mom my shirt is dirty". I said "that's ok just get another one." Next thing I heard was the washer going. Layla had decided to wash her own clothes. I felt really lucky because she didn't know how to put laundry soap in. I was thinking that if she wants to be that helpful I will teach my 3 year old how to do laundry. :)

NEW KIDS ON THE BLOCK!!

That is right I went to a NKOTB concert last night. Thanks to my sweet friend Amber Spec who got FREE tickets from her brother. She invited a bunch of us ladies from around the neighborhood. I got to get to know some ladies that are in my new 9th ward. I also got to invite Laurel G. from my old ward. She really knows how to rock the house even though she didn't know any of the songs or what there names were. The whole group was really fun to be with.
I never thought I would ever go to a NKOTB concert in my life time. Because I am not a crazy fan and I will be made fun of for the rest of my life for going. Needless to say it was an experience I will never forget. They played allot of there old songs that I sadly could remember the words to. I never owned a tape cassette of there music my sisters Mindy and RaChelle did. RaChelle even had a poster of Joey in her room. I thought of Mindy and RaChelle the whole time I was there. Mindy would have been there but she was working. RaChelle probably was there in spirit for a few seconds to check up on me. I wish I had pictures but I left my camera in the car. I will try to get some from my friend.
What happens at NKOTB concerts stays at NKOTB concerts!!

HALLOWEEN

Here are my pretties all dressed for trick or treating. Kiya was a Snow princess, Layla was a flower, and Brielle a Lady bug with a binki and sometimes without.

That's a good picture of how silly Brielle's teeth are growing in. The one little front tooth almost has a full grown tooth next to it. We did Kiya's make up for school, she didn't want anymore on that night.

CORN BELLY'S CONT.

Forgive me I am still learning how to blog.

We finally found a chair to big for Robb!
Robb and I are sitting on a fake cow and Kiya took that picture. She did good!`

It's silly how one huge chair can make you feel so small.
The whole family sitting on the fun little cow. Behind the cow was a fun little train ride the kids and Robb went on.

Robb and Brielle headed down the slippery slide. There was tube slides and jumping toys. Horse swings made out of tires.

Needless to say we all had a really good time. They even had a scary blow up monster that we went inside of and the girls hated every minute of it. I wish we had pictures to show you.

CORNBELLY'S

Here is the week of Halloween. We went with our next door neighbors the Fryer's to Corn belly's at Thanksgiving point. It was so much fun, they have so many things for the kids to do. We got to play in corn like it was a sand box. They had a princess area. Where they had a huge play house that they would open windows and look out and climb up a ladder and find a slide to go down on.

Layla and Brielle peeking out the window. Kiya to the left little miss love the camera and the camera loves her.

Three little princesses riding in there carriage.
(to the left) Brielle, Kiya, Layla, and Oliva our friend. Looking as cute as ever.

LAYAL'S 3 YEAR OLD BIRTHDAY

Layla's birthday was so fun, we went horse back riding. Layla had actually been bribed that if she slept in her bed all night for a week that she would get a real horse ride. Well she did it and it just so happened that Robb's good friend let us come out and ride on Layla's birthday. I can't believe that she is 3. She is so much fun to be with. She is our peace maker when it comes to battles with her sisters. Our dog Ivory is sitting next to them sorry you can't see her.

Of course all three of them got to ride the horse. Brielle was not having much fun, she just wanted to play in the dirt. Kiya loved it too. We have now rebribbed Layla but this time it has to be for a month before she gets another horse ride. For mom and dads sake I hope she makes a long time habit through this bribe.

This was my sad sad attempt at making Layla a zebra cake for birthday. She wanted a zebra cake so I thought no problem I will do it. It kind of looks like a zebra. She loved it and that is all that matters.

VIEW FROM OUR DECK

Just wanted to post some amazing pictures Robb took off of our deck. We love our view sooo much. If only we had a nicer camera it would have turned out even more amazing.( Maybe for Christmas.)

Robb found some ugly little creatures at the end of the summer. It was fun to see how much Kiya enjoyed holding the snake. The tarantula spent the night in a cantainer at our house for one night and then we let it go in an open field. I did not like the spider at all. But when we had to let the snake go Kiya was sad. She had named it and everything. I still say NO snakes for pets ever!
